• Quotation must be valid for 60 days from the quotation date.
• All quotations received after the closing time (12 Feb 2026 16:00) will be rejected.
• Quotations without required brand names, without the authorised signature, or not submitted on the JW RFQ template will be disqualified.
• Prices must be quoted per unit, exclusive of VAT; total value must include VAT where applicable.

• Scoring follows an 80/20 point system:

– 80 points are allocated to price (lowest acceptable price receives full 80 points; points are calculated using the 80/20 formula provided).

– 20 points are allocated to specific goals (pre‑qualification criteria).

• Specific goals for this RFQ:

– SMME status: at least 51 % black ownership (EME or QSE) – proof required (valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit).

– Submission of all required supporting documents (as listed in the returnables) is mandatory to claim any preference points.
