Eligible bidders must: 1) Be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), 2) Submit all mandatory documents (company registration, BEE, tax pin, completed spec sheet), 3) Offer SABS-approved furniture meeting exact specifications (SATS 1286:2011 for desk/cabinet; SANS 1244 & SANS 466 for chairs), 4) Provide warranty details (minimum 2 years for chairs), 5) Be able to deliver to Humansdorp, Eastern Cape, 6) Accept ARC General Conditions of Contract and Supply Chain Management Code of Conduct, 7) Not be listed on Register for Tender Defaulters or List of Restricted Suppliers, 8) Have no conflict of interest with ARC employees or other bidders.

2. Office chair: SANS 1244, SANS 466. Similar to Everfurn Stagio Ergo High black chair, butterfly mechanism, adjustable height, up to 120kg capacity, hybrid foam, ergo lumbar support, chrome base, 2-year warranty.
3. Filing cabinet: SATS 1286:2011. Stainless steel, 4 shelves, width x height: 90 cm x 180 cm.
4. Office chair: SANS 1244, SANS 466. High-density foam, steel frame, standard contract, at least 100kg weight rating, black colour.

Supplier must submit datasheet/catalogue of furniture.
