Place the envelope in the Bid Box at 67 Nojoli Street, Somerset East. Closing date: 12 June 2026 by 12h00. Late submissions will not be accepted. Requirements: bids must be completed in black ink, signed, and submitted in hard copy (no facsimile or electronic submissions). All tender forms, data sheets, and supplementary information must be completed and submitted. Bids must remain valid for 90 days. Non-compliance with these guidelines will result in disqualification.

Evaluation follows the 80/20 preferential points system: 80 points for bid price, 20 points for Specific Goals (HDI status). HDI points breakdown: Race (5), Gender (5), Disability (5), Youth (5). Evidence for Specific Goals must be provided as per clause 1.2.26 of the Bid Document; no evidence means no points. Compliance with submission rules (format, timeliness, completeness) is mandatory. Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with Tax Compliant Status and a valid Certificate of Good Standing from the local municipality are required.

The Blue Crane Route Municipality Supply Chain Management Policy applies. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the tender being considered non-responsive.
