Deadline: 12:00 on 12 June 2026. Envelopes must be clearly marked with tender number, title, and closing date. Tenders must remain valid for 120 days after closing. Late, emailed, or faxed submissions will be rejected. Use original documents only. Evaluation Criteria

Maximum 20 points (80/20) or 10 points (90/10) for specific goals. 50% of these points allocated for B-BBEE scorecard, 50% for bidder locality. Municipality reserves the right to reject any tender, accept partial bids, or not award to the highest scorer. No obligation to accept the lowest tender.
