Mandatory requirements – technical qualifications, licences (SAQCC Category B8), minimum experience (5 years PM of ammonia plants, 4 technicians with ≥3 years experience), security/guarantee of supply (R1 500 000 bank guarantee, LC, overdraft, etc.), and team leader CV. 3. Preference points – 80 % price score plus 20 % specific goal score (B‑BEE level, women‑owned, disability‑owned, youth‑owned, local economic participation). Non‑compliance with specific goals does not disqualify but yields zero points for that 20 %.
