• 3 points for ≥51% Youth Ownership.

• Scope: Servicing and maintenance of a Ford Ranger vehicle.
• Required services:
• 196 000km Vehicle Service.
• Brake System Maintenance – Disc Brake Replacement.
• Air Conditioning Regas/Maintenance.
• Vehicle Valet/Cleaning Service.
• Supplier must indicate warranty on parts supplied.
• Any additional faults identified during inspection must be reported for approval before repair.

• All pre-bidding testing is at the bidder’s cost.
• The purchaser may inspect the supplier’s premises at reasonable hours.
• If inspections are required and supplies comply, cost is borne by purchaser; if non-compliant, cost is borne by supplier.
• Non-compliant supplies may be rejected and must be replaced at supplier’s cost.

• Submit SBD 3.1 Pricing Schedule with line items:

• Include subtotal, VAT at 15%, and total.
• Indicate if offer complies with specifications, any deviations, delivery period, and whether delivery is firm/not firm.
• Price adjustments are allowed as specified in bidding documents.

• Submit SBD 3.1 (Firm Pricing Schedule) indicating the grand total. If space is insufficient, attach a breakdown.
• Pricing must be inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT at 15%, PAYE, income tax, UIF, skills development levies).
• The 80/20 preference point system applies, with price weighted at 80 points.
• No performance security specified in core documents; refer to General Conditions of Contract for standard terms.

• Tax Compliance: Submit your Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN issued by SARS or a printed TCS certificate. If registered on CSD but no TCS PIN, provide your CSD number.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD): Declare that your CSD information is correct and up to date via Section B.
• B-BBEE: Submit BBBEE certificate/affidavit to claim points for Black Ownership.
• Enterprise Registration: Submit CIPC certificate.
• Ownership Proof: Submit ID copies for Women Ownership, doctor’s certificate/proof for disability ownership, and proof of address for KZN location.
• Mandatory Accreditation: Must be an Approved Retail Motor Industry Organisation (RMI) service provider and submit proof.
• State Employees: No bids from persons in the service of the state or companies with directors who are state employees.
• Foreign Suppliers: If foreign, answer the questionnaire in SBD1; if answer 'No' to all questions, no TCS PIN is required.

• Points for Specific Goals under B-BBEE:
• 10 points for ≥70% Black Ownership (submit BBBEE certificate/affidavit).
• 3 points for ≥51% Women Ownership (submit ID copies).

• Warranty: Supplier warrants goods are new, unused, and defect-free for 12 months after delivery or 18 months after shipment.
• Payment: Purchaser will pay within 30 days after invoice submission, in Rand.
• Prices cannot vary from quoted bid prices except as authorized.
• No assignment or subcontracting without prior written consent.
• Delays may incur penalties calculated using the current prime interest rate.
• Purchaser may terminate contract for default, corruption, or fraud.
• Force majeure provisions apply.
• Disputes resolved first by mutual consultation, then mediation, then South African courts.
• Governing language is English; South African law applies.
