• Contract based on NEC3 Term Service Contract: April 2013.
• Requires CIDB grading of 4ME or higher in ME class.
• Must have suitable experience and qualified personnel; attach certified trade tested diesel mechanic qualification and ID of technician.
• Submit company profile, list of resources, plant, machinery, and project references.
• Local content requirement: 100% for designated sectors (steel, PVC, concrete, components).

• Pricing in Rands; include all duties and taxes except VAT; show VAT separately at 15%.
• Rates and prices fixed for contract duration, no adjustment unless contract allows.
• Tender security: Not required (N/A).
• Performance bond/guarantee required from preferred tenderer within 21 days of appointment.
• Ensure bid sum in words matches figures and Form of Offer; discrepancies lead to disqualification.
• Market-related offers may be negotiated; bidders cannot increase offers during negotiation.
