Submit tenders as follows:

• Complete the tender document in accordance with the conditions and rules provided.
• Place the tender document and all supporting documents in a sealed envelope clearly marked 'TENDER 106/2026: UPGRADING OF THE POTCHEFSTROOM CRICKET STADIUM SCOREBOARD WITHIN THE JB MARKS MUNICIPALITY'.
• Deposit the envelope in the tender box at the JB Marks Local Municipality, Supply Chain Management Unit, Wolmarans Street, Potchefstroom.
• Only use the tender document issued by the Municipality.
• No late tenders, faxed, emailed, or posted tenders will be accepted.
• Tenders will be opened in public immediately after the closing time at the JB Marks Local Municipality.
• Include a valid Tax Clearance Certificate and certified copies of directors' and owners' identity documents.
• VAT must be included in all prices.

Tenders will be evaluated and adjudicated in terms of:

• The Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (Act No. 5 of 2000), Regulations 2022.
• The JB Marks Local Municipality Supply Chain Management Policy.
• 80 points will be allocated for price.
• 20 points will be allocated for Specific Goals.
• Tenders will not be considered if prerequisites are not met.

Scope: Upgrading of the Potchefstroom Cricket Stadium scoreboard within the JB Marks Municipality.

• Pricing must include VAT.
• Payment terms and bonds/guarantees (if any) are specified in the tender document.
• Non-refundable tender document fee: R1000.00, payable to the JB Marks Local Municipality, Revenue Section, Ground Floor, Municipal Building, Dan Tloome Complex.

Mandatory:

• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Certified copies of directors' and owners' identity documents.
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) via https://secure.csd.gov.za.
