Eyelets: Stainless steel or corrosion-resistant metal, 15mm inside diameter. Webbing: 25mm wide, minimum 100kg breaking strength, color-matched to fabric. Sewing thread: White core-spun, β₯35N breaking strength, color-matched to fabric. Workmanship: High standard, defect-free. Bags must be screen-printed in blue ink with sequential numbering. Dimensions: Square base (500mm x 500mm), finished height 900mm. Reinforcing hems: 100mm at bottom, 50mm at top. Double base sewn into the bottom. 10 evenly spaced eyelets in the top hem. Handles: 2 side handles (350mm from reinforcing patch to top, 100mm spacing, 350mm free space, 8 rows of Type 301 stitching), 1 bottom handle (130mm free space, block and cross stitch Type 301). 4 trolley tags on top hem (640mm x 360mm spacing, 30mm free space, block and cross stitch Type 301).
