The objective of this RFP/T is to appoint a suitable Service Provider to implement a New Venture Creation NQF Level 4 accredited learning programmes. The programme seeks to empower small enterprises through the delivery of SAQA aligned skills programme and mentorship. The Service Provider must demonstrate the ability to implement this programme simultaneously in all nine (9) provinces for a duration of thirty-six (36) months.
