This report includes a breakdown of all issues logged, responses, hours utilised, issues, and actions to be taken through the preventative maintenance health check. 2.6.2.2Monthly website analytics and traffic reports (inclusive of but not limited to uploads reports / audience, acquisition and behaviour) 2.6.3 Operating System 2.6.3.1 As part of the service, the service provider will provide administration on the SharePoint servers and their database servers, as well as update patches as and when released. 2.8 Reserved Support Hours 2.8.1 The successful service provider will offer the Department support for 200 hours for the duration of the contract (referred to as "reserved hours"). These reserved hours can only be utilized with prior approval from the Director: GITM at the Department of Tourism. Any approved reserved hours used in a specific month must be included on that month’s invoice. The available hours will be allocated according to the following needs: a. Incident and Problem Support requiring skills not possessed by the assigned resources; b. System upgrades; and c. Migration to the new website with new technology. 2.8.2 The hourly rate for the reserved hours must be provided. 2.8.3 The service provider responding to this opportunity must be accredited according to SITA Transversal RFB 1183 in the province of Gauteng, where the solution is needed. 2.9 Technologies currently available a. Microsoft SharePoint Server 2019 Enterprise Edition and SharePoint Subscription edition b. Visual Studio, and c. SQL 2019 Reporting Services 2.10 The Infrastructure currently available 2.10.1 The website and portals are developed in SharePoint and deployed in a virtualized (VMWare) environment in SITA Cloud. Intranet production and development environment are hosted at Tourism House, Sunnyside.

EVALUATION PROCESS 8.1 Bid proposals will first be evaluated for responsiveness and adherence to the pre-qualification criteria as stipulated in paragraph 6 above. Bid proposals that do not comply with pre-qualification criteria as stipulated and/or where required documents have not been submitted will result in the bid proposal being disqualified. 8.2 In the evaluation process, the technical submission will be opened in order to verify compliance with all pre- qualification criteria after which it will be evaluated and assessed on functionality. A minimum score of 80 out of 100 points must be obtained on functionality by the bidder. A bidder will be eliminated if it fails to meet a minimum of 80 out of 100 points as the threshold for functionality requirements of the bid. 8.3 Thereafter, only the financial proposals of the qualifying bids as per paragraph 8 above will be evaluated in terms of the 80/20 preferential points system, where the 80 points will be used in terms of the price only and the 20 points for specific goals (Refer to Annexure B, C and D on the returnable schedules), which will be allocated based on information submitted by the bidders.
