Mandatory requirements: Submission of two valid reference letters (failure = disqualification). Tax compliance (verified via CSD/SARS; 7-day rectification period allowed). Registration on Central Supplier Database (CSD) with valid MAAA number. No listing on National Treasury’s Database of Restricted Suppliers. Accurate and complete SBD documents (SBD 4, SBD 6.1). Preference points: 80/20 system applies. 80 points for price (lowest acceptable tender used as baseline). 20 points for specific goals: >50% ownership by Black people, Women, or people with disabilities (20 points). Consortia/JVs: Average combined ownership >50% for preference points. Exclusions: State employees, directors/members of bidding companies who are state employees. Provide motivational speaker services for the Departmental Learning Network targeting ASD, MMS, and Senior Managers. Scope: Deliver a 1-hour keynote presentation on 'The Role of Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence in Developing Ethical Leadership within the Public Service.' Engage ~100 participants in practical discussion. Address key themes: Understanding how digital transformation and AI can support the Public Service. The importance of ethics in digital leadership. Capacity building and leadership development through technology. The role of managers in responsible AI adoption and ethical leadership. Venue: Pretoria (exact location TBC by DFFE). Catering and venue arrangements handled by DFFE.

Submit a formal quotation with firm prices inclusive of VAT (where applicable). Prices must remain valid for 90 days from closing date (05 June 2026). Include all delivery costs, taxes (VAT, PAYE, income tax, UIF, SDL) in the bid price. No goods/services to be delivered before receiving an official purchase order or appointment letter. Payment terms and bonds/guarantees are not specified.

Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with a valid MAAA number. Submit CSD report with quotation. Tax compliance status will be verified via CSD or SARS e-Filing.
