Scope: Supply, delivery, and fitting of blinds for 2 offices at ARC Irene Campus, Meat Science Building. Quantity: 2.00 EA (each).

Prices must be quoted in South African Rand (ZAR), inclusive of VAT, delivery, insurance, and taxes. Validity period of quotation must be indicated. No price adjustments or amendments to delivery particulars will be considered. Payment terms: goods/services supplied upon receipt of a purchase order from ARC.

Mandatory: Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with CSD number and full report included in the bid. Bidders must claim specific goals to score the 20 preference points under the 80/20 system. Completed and signed SBD forms must be submitted. Bidders listed in the Register for Tender Defaulters or List of Restricted Suppliers will be disqualified. Compliance with National Treasury General Conditions of Contract and ARC Supply Chain Management Code of Conduct is required.
