Submission Guidelines

Place envelopes free of charge in the bid box at Thembisile Hani Local Municipality Offices, Stand Number 24, Mthombomuhle (Kwaggafontein C), no later than 12h00 on 25 May 2026. Hard copies of tender documents are only available if technical challenges arise with the E-Tenders portal (www.etenders.co.za). Cash or EFT payments for hard copies must be made payable to Thembisile Hani Local Municipality. Facsimiles or emailed documents will not be accepted. Couriers must provide a letter on official letterhead confirming payment and collection authority. The Council reserves the right to accept or reject any bid in whole or part.
