Required documents: National Treasury CSD registration report, valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, SBD 4 (Bidder’s Disclosure Form), SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form). Ensure quotation is received on time. No hard copies accepted. Canvassing or contacting other SABS personnel will result in disqualification.
Evaluation Criteria

Only bidders meeting all technical and compliance requirements will proceed to evaluation. Points for price are calculated using the formula: Ps = 80(1 - (Pt - Pmin)/Pmin), where Pt is the bidder’s price and Pmin is the lowest acceptable price.
