Failure to submit required documentation may lead to disqualification or a request for supplementary information within 7 days.

The evaluation follows a two-stage process: Stage 1 (Administrative compliance) and Stage 2 (Price and Specific Goals). The 80/20 preference point system applies, where 80 points are for price and 20 points are for specific goals (51% Black Owned Suppliers).

Provision of 3 Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps licenses for a period of 12 months. Applications include: Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, XD, Animate, Lightroom Classic, Dreamweaver, Audition, and InCopy. Products must carry a minimum 1-year guarantee/warranty.

Pricing must be in South African Rands and inclusive of all costs (VAT, labor, transport). The pricing schedule must be 100% completed. Proposals must remain valid for 60 days from the closing date.

Mandatory requirements include: Registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) (full report required), valid Tax Clearance Certificate and PIN, and CIPC registration documents, shareholder certificates, and ID copies of shareholders for specific goal verification. If the bidder is a reseller, a valid OEM authorization letter must be attached.
