• Provide CSD summaries and IDs/driver's licences to claim points for black ownership, women ownership, youth ownership, and ownership by persons with disabilities.

B-BBEE ownership: 2.5 points for company 50% owned by a black South African with disability (provide CSD summary, medical certificate, and ID/driver's licence).

Offers must remain valid for 90 days from closing date. Municipality reserves right to accept any bid in whole or part.

Mandatory requirements: Tax clearance, proof of no municipal debt, company registration, Specific Goals documents, certified IDs, form of offer, completed MDB forms, CSD registration, references, CIDB certificate (if applicable).
