PetroSA seeks a service provider for inspections, servicing, and repairs of fire department trucks and emergency response vehicles on an as-needed basis. Work includes maintaining firefighting and emergency systems to ensure operational compliance with safety standards. Vehicles: Fire Truck (Pierce, 2012), Foam Truck (MAN, 1989), Unimog (Mercedes, 1991), Ambulance (Toyota Quantum, 2007), Dry Chemical Powder Vehicle (Isuzu, 2001). Service location: PetroSA GTL Refinery, Mossel Bay, Western Cape (onsite).

Submission is via PetroSA’s eProcurement system only. Bidders must be registered on CSD (Central Supplier Database). If already registered with a MAAA CSD number, log in using provided credentials. If not registered, complete self-registration via the PetroSA procurement portal. Scope changes may be instructed in writing by PetroSA; extra services will be charged at agreed rates. No costs will be reimbursed without prior PetroSA approval.

Submit a Compliance Report after each scheduled service for each vehicle, including the next required maintenance date.

Supplier must: provide skilled labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and all materials/consumables; use only original parts; check vehicle condition and note replacement needs; follow PetroSA’s Vehicle Preventive Maintenance Procedures; submit a Compliance Report after each service with next maintenance date.
