• Closing date/time: 23 February 2026 at 12:00 (no later quotations will be accepted).
• Quotations are valid for 90 days from the closing date unless otherwise stated.
• Indicate delivery timelines and ensure no goods/services are delivered before an official order is received.
• All delivery costs and applicable taxes (VAT, PAYE, UIF, SDL) must be included in the quoted price.
• Failure to provide the required returnable documents (SBD 4, SBD 6.1, CSD number, banking details, etc.) will result in disqualification.

• Preference point system 80/20 applies to quotations up to R1 000 000:

– 80 points – price (lowest price scores highest).

– 20 points – specific goals (≥50 % ownership by Black people, women or persons with disability).

• To claim specific‑goal points, submit:

– Completed and signed SBD 6.1 form.

– SANAS/CIPC accredited B‑BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.

– Ownership certificate from CIPC.

– Medical certificate (if claiming disability points).

– CSD registration report or MAAA number.

• DFFE may request additional information to verify any claim.
• Prices must be firm until delivery; only exchange‑rate adjustments are permitted.
• Evaluation will consider compliance with mandatory requirements; non‑compliant bidders will be excluded.

6. USB interface for DO logger configuration.

7. Pro software (Mac & PC) for DO logger.

8. Calibrating solution (sodium sulphite) for DO logger (500 ml).

9‑10. Anti‑fouling guard and replacement sensor cap for DO logger.

11. Underwater temperature loggers (<5 cm, durable, depth 30.5‑300 m, ±0.2‑0.5 °C accuracy).

12‑13. USB interface and pro software for temperature loggers.

14. Assembled solar radiation shield for temperature loggers.

15. Handheld rugged multimeter (pH, conductivity, TDS, salinity, DO).

16. Courier costs for items that require courier delivery.

All items must meet the described performance specifications; equivalent brands are acceptable.
