• All Safety, Health, and Environmental incidents must be reported to the Client OHS and Safety Department within 2 hours via phone, SMS, or email, followed by a preliminary report within 48 hours.

• The Client retains the right to investigate incidents, especially fatalities or damage exceeding R1 million.
