Submit bids in a sealed cover marked with the project name and bid number. Deposit in the tender box at the entrance of Mopani District Municipality. No late, telephonic, faxed, or emailed bids accepted. Required documents: Proof of CIDB grading, certified Workmen’s Compensation Certificate, VAT registration proof, certified CIPC registration, valid Tax Clearance Certificate (PIN), authority to signatory, certified IDs of owners, signed form of offer, municipal rates/taxes statement (or traditional authority letter if rural), lease agreement (if applicable), affidavit (if applicable), alterations signed and every page initialed, document in original format (not dismantled), updated CSD Report, audited/reviewed financial statements for the last 3 years, accountant’s certificate of solvency and no material irregularities. All certified copies must be <3 months old. Fill all MBD forms. Pay non-refundable R1000.00 fee to Mopani District Municipality FNB account (62854372093) with company name as reference. Proof of payment required upon collection.

Scope: Water reticulation works for Giyani Phase 2A (Contract 013 - Mninginisi Block 3, Contract B). Part of 21 contracts under Giyani Water Reticulation Phase 2A. Contract duration: 12 months. CIDB grading: 7CE. Preference points: 90/10. One bid document covers all 21 contracts (BOQs included).

Valid ISO 9001:2015 certification required for 'The provision of Construction services' (10 points). All machinery/equipment must have proof of ownership. For leased equipment: commitment letter from provider + proof of ownership (0 points if missing).

Non-refundable bid document fee: R1000.00 (covers all 21 contracts). Payment to Mopani District Municipality FNB account (62854372093). Reference: Company name. Proof of payment required. No cash accepted. Pricing: Submit as per BOQ in bid document. Financial capacity: Audited/reviewed annual financial statements for the last 3 years required. Accountant’s certificate confirming solvency and no material irregularities.

Mandatory compliance documents:

• CIDB Contractor grading (7CE for this contract).
• Certified Workmen’s Compensation Certificate.
• VAT registration proof.
• Certified CIPC registration.
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (PIN) from SARS.
• Municipal rates/taxes statement (<3 months old) or traditional authority letter (if rural).
