Scope: Water reticulation projects (21 contracts) under Giyani Water Reticulation Phase 2A. Each contract covers specific villages (e.g., Mbaula, Dokera, Hlomela, Makhuva, Mavalani, Mbatlo, Mountain View, Mninginisi, Mushiyani, Nsavulani, Nwadzekudzeku, Phlaubeni, Vuhehli, Xikhumba). CIDB grading requirements: Varies per contract from Grade 6CE to 8CE. Contract durations: 06 or 12 months (varies per contract). One bid document includes all 21 contracts' Bills of Quantities (BOQs).

Reputation/Experience (40 points): List of completed similar projects (water infrastructure, reinforced concrete water retaining structures, sewage/sanitation networks, pump stations). Must include duly signed completion certificates.

Contract Manager (20 points): CV in prescribed format, SACPCMP registration (Engineering/Project Management/Built Environment), certified ID, and qualification certificates.

Site Agent (10 points): CV in prescribed format, SACPCMP registration (Engineering/Project Management/Built Environment), certified ID, and qualification certificates.

Safety Officer (10 points): CV in prescribed format, Health and Safety qualification, certified ID, and qualification certificates.

Valid ISO 9001:2015 certification required for 'The provision of Construction services' (10 points). All machinery and equipment must have proof of ownership. For leased equipment, a commitment letter from the provider and proof of ownership from the supplier are mandatory.
