Limited transport and hostel accommodation at saao sutherland is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The shuttle departs from saao head office, observatory, cape town at 11:00 on tuesday, 17 march 2026, and returns to cape town the following afternoon. Please be on site by 10:30 AM if you will be making use of our shuttle services and accommodation. -Rsvp to scm@saao.ac.za By monday, 16 march at 12:00 pm, indicating whether you will attend the site visit, as well as whether you wish to make use of shuttle and accommodation services. -Only one representative per company can be accommodated on the shuttle and in the hostel
