Late, faxed, emailed, telephonic, or telegraphic submissions will not be accepted. The Municipality reserves the right to negotiate further conditions with the successful tenderer and is not obligated to accept the lowest or any tender. Multiple tenders may be accepted in part or whole.

Mandatory registration on the Web-Based Central Supplier Database (CSD) is required. No bid will be awarded to a service provider not registered on CSD. Compliance with the PPPFA of 2022 and other relevant legislation is required.
