Submit fully priced, signed, and sealed tender documents in an envelope. Clearly mark the envelope with the project name (REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE LONG-TERM LEASE AND DEVELOPMENT OF ERF 6484, PIET POTGIETERSRUST EXTENSION 12) and reference number (46-2024/2025). Deposit the envelope in the Tender Box at Mogalakwena Municipality, 54 Retief Street, Mokopane, by 17 July 2026 at 12:00pm. Late, faxed, emailed, telephonic, or telegraphic submissions will not be accepted. The Municipality reserves the right to negotiate further conditions with the successful tenderer and is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender. Multiple tenders may be accepted in part or whole.

Evaluation will follow the PPPFA of 2022. Either the 90/10 or 80/20 preference point system will apply, determined once tenders are received. Service providers must be registered on the Web-Based Central Supplier Database (CSD). Bids will be evaluated according to the Municipality’s Procurement Policy and applicable legislation.

Scope: Long-term lease and development of Erf 6484, Piet Potgietersrust Extension 12, measuring 8,926 square metres for business purposes. Bid documents must align with the project’s development and lease requirements as outlined in the RFP.

Mandatory registration on the Web-Based Central Supplier Database (CSD). No bid will be awarded to unregistered service providers. B-BBEE compliance is required, with evaluation under the PPPFA of 2022 using either the 90/10 or 80/20 preference point system.
