PSETA requires a service provider to support and maintain its Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system (Finance & Operations, CRM) for 6 months starting 31 March 2027. The current contract expires 25 July 2024. The system was implemented in 2020 to manage PSETA’s information needs. The provider must ensure service excellence, user support, and compliance with PSETA’s change management and reporting procedures (SETMIS, NLRD).

Scope: Support and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system for 6 months. Deliverables: Enhance configurations/customizations, provide ongoing platform support, maintain customer engagement standards, troubleshoot and train end-users (email/phone/site visits), manage change requests per PSETA procedures, support quarterly SETMIS reporting, support NLRD reporting to SAQA, weekly cloud infrastructure maintenance and reporting. Methodology: Detailed project plan and resource allocation required. Competency: Microsoft Cloud Partner certification and minimum 5 years’ ERP implementation/support experience mandatory.

Total pricing must include VAT. PSETA may request a breakdown of rates for any service/item. PSETA reserves the right to negotiate prices. Payment terms: Not specified beyond VAT inclusion.

Mandatory: Valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or proof of exemption from SARS, proof of registration on Central Supplier Database (CSD), certified B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (for EMEs/QSEs), CIPC registration document, completed SBD 1/4/6.1 forms, signed General Conditions of Contract. Phase 1 (Functionality): Minimum 75/100 points required. Criteria weighted as follows: Methodology/Project Plan (30 points), Manager Skills & Experience (30 points), Support Team Experience (30 points), Reference Letters (10 points). Scoring scale: 1 (not acceptable) to 5 (excellent). Phase 2: 80/20 system - 80 points for price (calculated using lowest acceptable tender as baseline), 20 points for specific goals (Black-owned: 8, Women-owned: 4, Youth-owned: 5, Disability-owned: 3).
