Required documents: National Treasury CSD registration report, valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, SBD 4 (Bidder’s Disclosure Form), SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form). Include a product brochure. Ensure quotation is received on time. Canvassing or contacting SABS personnel other than the designated contact will result in disqualification.
Evaluation Criteria

Only bidders meeting all technical and compliance requirements will proceed to evaluation.
