Purpose: Source a qualified and reliable training service provider to deliver CAPM training and certification support. The training will equip Project Officers with foundational knowledge and practical skills in project management aligned with global best practices. The programme must meet PMI standards and prepare candidates for the CAPM examination.

Disqualification risks:

Price evaluation: Points awarded using the formula Ps = (Pmin / Pt)

• B-BBEE Status Level: Level 1 (10 points), Level 2 (9), Level 3 (8), Level 4 (5), Level 5 (4), Level 6 (3), Level 7 (2), Level 8 (1), Non-compliant (0).
• Women Ownership: 76%-100% (5 points), 51%-75% (3.75), 26%-50% (2.5), 5%-25% (1.25), <5% (0).
• Youth Ownership: 76%-100% (2.5 points), 51%-75% (1.875), 26%-50% (1.25), 5%-25% (0.625), <5% (0).
• Persons with Disability Ownership: 76%-100% (2.5 points), 51%-75% (1.875), 26%-50% (1.25), 5%-25% (0.625), <5% (0).

Technical requirements:

• Provider must be PMI-accredited or an Authorized Training Partner.
• Must demonstrate prior experience in CAPM/project management training.

Note: Failure to submit proof for specific goals will result in 0 points for those goals.

• Coverage: Project management fundamentals, predictive approaches, agile frameworks, business analysis principles, and PMBOK Guide domains.
• Provide comprehensive training materials (study guides, presentations, reference materials).
• Include practice exams/mock tests for CAPM certification preparation.
• Assist with CAPM exam application, registration, and scheduling.
• Issue certificate of completion confirming 23 contact hours.
• Provide post-training support (exam prep resources, practice questions, certification maintenance guidance).
• Instructors must hold PMP or equivalent PMI-recognized credentials.
• Quotation must include both course and exam costs.
• Candidate must be eligible to sit for CAPM certification exam after training.

• SANEDI has not appointed external consultants; all queries must be submitted in writing to the SCM Unit.
