2. Search for Johannesburg Water and the RFQ reference RFQJW00219DM25.

3. Expand the tender details and start the e‑submission process.

4. Select your supplier profile.

5. Complete the submission checklist and upload all compulsory returnable documents (see below).

6. Confirm and submit.

• Configurable work‑process flows with escalation rules, turn‑around times, notifications (email/SMS) and automatic priority handling.
• Checklists with weighted responses, scheduling and automatic escalation of exceptions.
• Real‑time notifications, email/SMS alerts, calendar invites and task tracking for supervisors, managers and clients.
• Unique OB number generation for each incident and hourly guard verification.
• Shift management and rostering module.
• Reporting, data analysis and real‑time tracking (occurrence book, dashboards).
• Automatic security updates and cloud‑based access.
• Integration of attachments (photos, recordings) and GPS coordinates.
• User‑friendly interface for both desktop and mobile users.

Required returnable documents (must be attached to the e‑tender submission):

1. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (SARS PIN) – compulsory.

2. Certified/valid B‑BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit compliant with the B‑BBEE Practice Guide – compulsory.

3. Municipal rates and taxes clearance (no arrears older than 90 days) – compulsory.

4. Signed Declaration of Interest (MBD 4) – compulsory.

5. Declaration of bidder’s past supply‑chain management practices (MBD 8) – compulsory.

6. Certificate of Independent Bid Determination (MBD 9) – compulsory.

7. Proof of CSD registration / MAAA Supplier Number – compulsory.

8. Preference points claim form (MBD 6.1) – compulsory (if claiming specific goals).

9. Company registration documents with ID copies of directors/shareholders – compulsory.
