Masinga Road (formerly Old Fort Road), Durban, Ground Floor Foyer. Electronic submission via eThekwini Municipality JDE System (https://rfq.durban.gov.za/) is also required. Bids must use official forms (not re-typed). Late bids will not be accepted. Failure to submit hard copy invalidates the bid.
