Closing time: 14 July 2026 at 11:00am. Late, incomplete, unsigned, or electronically submitted bids will be rejected. Only bids on issued tender documentation are accepted. Tenderers must ensure correct delivery; the department will not accept responsibility for misdelivered bids.
