Works include: site levelling, excavating/backfilling, concrete floors/aprons, brickwork (foundation/superstructure), seamless aluminium gutters/downpipes/tank stands, security fence, galvanized gate, drinking nipples, pre-fabricated concrete feeding troughs, farrowing crates, 20mm galvanised water pipeline, electrical reticulation/fittings. Completion time: 18 weeks. Standards: GCC 2015, SANS 1921/10396/1914, OHSA Construction Regulations 2014. Bidders must obtain their own copies of referenced standards.
