Scope: Repair, maintenance, and servicing of bush cutters (Reapers Agri 4.5 Meter Flex Wing Slasher) and associated tractor (Landini Tractor Landforce 125) at King Phalo Airport (KPA). Provide service reports. All activities must comply with Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Act and use SABS-approved products. Pricing must be per unit: labor per activity, materials/spares per standard length/meter/square meter/cubic meter. Bidder must provide a cost breakdown for the scope. Service is once-off. Items to price: service for slasher, exchange gearbox, PTO shaft, rear glass window, rear windscreen protector, travel costs, and labor.

Use SBD 3.3 form. Price the following items: 1) Service for Reapers Agri 4.5m Flex Wing Slasher (2 units), 2) Exchange gearbox XHD 4.5m (1 unit), 3) Exchange PTO Shaft 4.5m (1 unit), 4) Rear Glass Window - L21-3684548 (2 units), 5) Rear windscreen protector (aluminium frame with Perspex inserts, 2 units), 6) Travel to/from King Phalo Airport (1), 7) Labor (once-off). Include subtotal, VAT @15%, and total. Failure to use this schedule disqualifies the bid.

Submit a priced offer using the prescribed SBD 3.3 form. Include rates and total amounts for each item: service, spares, travel, and labor. VAT at 15% must be added. Disbursements reimbursed at actual cost. Failure to use the prescribed pricing schedule will disqualify the bid. Validity period: 120 business days from closing date. Prices must remain firm during this period.

ACSA reserves the right to: award whole/part of bid, split awards, negotiate with shortlisted bidders, reject lowest bid, or cancel the bid. Bid documents must not be altered; changes lead to disqualification. Validity period: 120 business days. Prices must remain firm. Confidentiality: ACSA will not disclose bidder info without written approval. Bidders must not disclose ACSA info to third parties without approval. Security vetting may apply. Contracts must be fully completed and signed post-award. Breach remedies include disqualification, cost recovery, contract cancellation, or criminal prosecution.
