Respondents who would wish to respond to this RFP as a Joint Venture [JV] or consortium with B-

6.2 Respondents must clearly indicate whether any information submitted or requested from PRASA
is confidential or should be treated confidentially by PRASA. In the absence of any such clear
indication in writing, PRASA shall deem the response to the RFP to have waived any right to
