Required returnable documents (see Part T2) include: SBD 1 Invitation to Bid, fully completed Form of Offer, Bills of Quantities/Pricing Schedule, SBD 6.1 Preference Points claim form, proof of CIDB grading, recent CSD report with tax‑clearance status, SCM consent form, Tax PIN certificate, B‑BEE certificate or sworn affidavit, declaration of current projects, SBD 4 declaration, proof of valid COIDA cover, three client reference letters (within the last 5 years), and Joint‑Venture documentation where applicable.

No alternative tender offers or document alterations are permitted – any deviation may lead to automatic disqualification.

Bids may be withdrawn or substituted only by written notice to the employer’s agent before the closing time.

Evaluation Criteria
