Submit the completed quotation to the tender box at 169 main road, port nolloth, 8280, by 12:00 on 14 august 2026. This document is a post-contract award sheq requirement checklist, not a tender submission guideline. IT applies after the bid is awarded. The contractor must submit a she file/she plan for approval by eskom's sheq officer before commencing work. The she file must include all items listed in the checklist (OHS, environmental, and quality requirements). Work may only start after the safety file is approved via a formal work authorisation letter.

You may be asked to extend validity. - Bidders must not canvass SAPO staff before award. All enquiries in writing to specified contact. - Proposals received after deadline, incomplete, or non-compliant will be rejected. Minor non-compliance may be corrected at sapo's discretion. - All costs of preparing the bid are borne by the bidder.
