• Submit tender in sealed envelope marked with bidder's address, Tender No. and Description. • Deposit in TENDER BOX at Ngwathe Local Municipality, Ground Floor, Liebenbergstrek, Parys, 9585. • Submit TWO sets: (1) hardcopy and (1) electronic scanned copy of original bid with supporting documents (soft-copy). • Complete in black ink as prescribed; do not retype or redraft forms. • Do not take the tender document apart or reassemble — such tenders will be rejected as non-responsive. • No telegraphic, telefax, emailed or late submissions accepted. • Tender validity period: 90 days from closing time. • No two-envelope system will be followed. • All compulsory/supplementary forms must be fully completed. • Returnable schedules and forms to complete: Certificate of Attendance at Clarification Meeting, Record of Addenda, Compulsory Enterprise Questionnaire, MBD 1-9, Certificate of Authority, Plant and Equipment, Experience of Tenderer, Proposed Subcontractors, Key Personnel, Deviations and Qualifications, Contractor's Health and Safety Declaration, Tax Compliance Status, Schedule of Alternative Tenders, Tenderer's Participation in Job Creation, Tenderer's Confirmation of Banking Details. • Form of Offer and Acceptance (C1.1) must be completed and signed. • Schedule of Quantities must be completed in legible ink only, with corrections crossed out and initialled. • Contract specific data provided by contractor in C1.2.2 Part B must be submitted. • Project document must be submitted as a whole and not altered.
Submit bids as follows: - Obtain bid documents from 26 May 2026 at 12:00 from Dihlabeng Local Municipality, 9 Muller Street, Bethlehem, 9700 (non-refundable fee: R1000) or download for free from the E-Tender Portal. - Complete all forms in black ink; corrections must be countersigned. - Submit 1 original + 1 scanned PDF copy on a flash drive (all exhibits and returnable schedules included). - Seal bids in an envelope marked 'TENDER' with: contract number (TS006/2026), description, tenderer’s postal address, and contact numbers. - Deposit in the tender box (Ground Floor, 9 Muller Street, Bethlehem) by 30 June 2026 at 12:00. - Enter a rate/amount for every item in the Bill of Quantities; omissions = immediate disqualification. - Include a project programme and implementation projections. - Alternative tenders: only if main tender fully complies. Must include calculations, drawings, modified Pricing Data, and 5% of the alternative amount for Employer’s verification costs. - No telephonic, fax, email, or electronic submissions accepted. - Validity period: 90 days from closing date. - Disqualification risks: incomplete/unsigned documents, missing rates, non-attendance at compulsory briefing, or non-compliance with returnable schedules.
