Late submissions will not be considered. • Your quotation must be submitted as a PDF document on your company letterhead. MS Word, Excel, or picture files are not allowed. • You must include all applicable taxes (e.g., VAT) in your total quotation value. Failure to do so will lead to disqualification. • You must attach a valid B-BBEE certificate or a sworn affidavit that is compliant with the B-BBEE Practice Guide. Late submissions will be rejected. • Break submission into at least four (4) separate attachments, each ≤4MB. Do not send as one large file. • Use the official tender forms provided in the document. Any other changes will disqualify your bid. • Ensure your CSD registration and tax status are compliant to avoid disqualification. • Emailed submissions are accepted, but you must confirm receipt of complete documents by Iziko before the deadline.

Submit the completed B-BBEE reporting template alongside all quotation documents. Required actions: fill all fields (supplier name, quotation/bid amount, B-BBEE level, ownership composition, SMME status), and ensure the template is signed and dated by an authorized representative.

Submit the original bid with a cover letter and supporting documents in a sealed envelope endorsed with the tender number (WTE191CE) and title. Deposit in the bid box at the Department of Water and Sanitation, Construction East Office Building, Grootdraai Dam, Standerton. Late bids will not be accepted. Do not re-type official forms; use black ink if completing manually. Ensure all pages are included and the pricing schedule (SBD 3.1) is fully completed and signed.

Submit a sealed quotation, clearly marked with 'RFQ 01/05/2026: REQUEST FOR QUOTATION: SERVICE PROVIDER FOR RENOVATIONS TO BONGULETHU CASHIER OFFICES (CIDB GRADING 1GB OR HIGHER)', to the Municipal quotation box at 26 Church Street, Oudtshoorn by 12:00 on 27 May 2026. Quotations will be opened publicly immediately after in the Supply Chain Management Office, 26 Church Street, Oudtshoorn. Use original documents only. Quotations must remain valid for 90 days after closing. Late, incorrectly marked, or non-original submissions will be disqualified. State employees may not bid.
