Steps: 1) register on the portal with valid email and cellphone (contact number must start with +27). 2) verify email via link sent. 3) log in with email, password, and otp (sent to email/cellphone). 4) upload tender documents under correct categories (technical, commercial, finance, etc.). 5) ensure individual files ≤50mb and total submission ≤900mb. 6) finalize submission and save the confirmation email with submission ID. mandatory returnable: fully completed e-tendering training acknowledgement form (template ID: 240-9722574 rev 1) must be submitted to ESKOM within the prescribed period. Failure to submit this form disqualifies the bidder.

The tender submission must include the signed acknowledgement of eskom's she rules and requirements form (annexure b). Ensure all required environmental documents are attached as per the risk category of the work.

- Must be able to supply and deliver fresh fruits and vegetables to matla power station for a 2-year period. - Must establish, implement, and maintain an environmental management system (ems) consistent with iso 14001:2015. - Must comply with all applicable environmental legislation, licenses, and eskom's operational controls (omop 4402 and omop 4090). - Must set and review environmental performance indicators, objectives, and targets, and develop environmental management programs. - Must provide environmental training and awareness to employees. - Must maintain an ems file as proof of compliance. - Must adhere to the polluter pays principle: conduct pre- and post-contract environmental assessments (annexure c) and bear costs for any housekeeping or waste findings.

- Complete and submit the ESKOM method statement template as a returnable document. - The method statement must cover: scope of work, smart objectives, customer focus, competency and training, PPE, tools and equipment, leadership and values, risk management, process improvement, data analysis, and relationship/stakeholder management. - Submit the completed tender response by the closing date and time (see tender record for exact date and time). - Ensure all sections of the method statement are filled in with detailed, specific information relevant to the supply and delivery of sodium bicarbonate. - Failure to submit a complete method statement may lead to disqualification.

- Must have valid iso 9001 certification from an internationally accredited body, with the scope covering the relevant products/services. - Must provide evidence of an operational qms, including recent internal and certification audit reports (certification audit not older than 12 months), management review records, and documented roles/responsibilities. - Must submit a draft contract quality plan specific to the scope of work (REF iso 10005). - Must provide a draft/example of an inspection and test plan (itp) or quality control plan (qcp) for similar work. - Must complete and sign form a and provide a preservation procedure. - Must provide documented information for control of externally provided processes, products, and services. - Must be prepared for a five-year contract for refurbishment and supply of hydraulic equipment and spares during outages at matimba power station.
