Place in the idt office tender box. • Fill out the tender register when dropping off the bid. • Closing time: 12:00 noon on 17 august 2026. • Telephonic, emailed and late tenders will not be accepted. • Use of correction fluid is prohibited. Signatures must be in black ink. • Failure to submit required documents will result in disqualification. • The idt may request additional information; failure to respond within 7 calendar days will disqualify the bid. • Idt reserves the right to request additional information under paja and constitution section 217. • Idt reserves the right not to appoint the lowest bid based on risk assessment.

Mark the envelope: "confidential bid – DOE25KZNR061-SF; musa lsen special school – sf" and include your company name. Place IT in the idt main reception tender box by 12h00 on 24 august 2026. NO late submissions accepted. NO email or fax submissions permitted. - Complete all bid documents in permanent black ink only. NO erasures or masking fluid allowed. - Mandatory returnable documents (failure to submit any = disqualification): • full csd registration report (with compliant tax status) • declaration confirming csd information is correct and up to date • valid coida letter of good standing (from dol/rma/fem) • sbd 1 (invitation to bid) • sbd 4 (bidder’s disclosure of interest) • sbd 6.1 (Preference points claim form) • sbd 7.2 (Contract form – rendering of services) • fully completed fee proposal (per pricing schedule) • completed form of offer (signed and witnessed) • cvs and originally certified qualifications of key personnel dedicated to the project • proof of construction experience (client appointment letter + contractual completion certificate) - submit a formal quote on your company letterhead alongside the completed pricing tables. - Seal the original and copies separately, marking each as "original" or "copy". Combine all in one outer envelope.

Failure to submit any required document or comply with formatting will lead to disqualification.
