- Bidders must be oem-led service providers, epc contractors, or consortia supported by authorised/accredited oems. - The scope includes design, supply, installation, commissioning, and 36-month maintenance of solar pv, bess, pcs, ems, and associated balance-of-plant at 20 hospitals. - A performance bond of 10% of the contract price (reducing to 5% after completion) is required, along with an advance payment guarantee for proposed advance payments. - Bidders must provide pricing via the nec3 option a activity schedule, including tendered amounts (incl. VAT) for each facility in the cluster. - Insurance requirements include public liability (min r10 million), professional indemnity (r10 million), contractor's all risk (total prices + 10%), and sasria cover. - Compliance with south african legislation, nrs, SANS, and iec standards is mandatory, along with construction regulations 2014 health and safety requirements. - Performance kpis for the o&m term include system availability ≥98%, remote monitoring uptime ≥96%, and corrective response within 24h (emergency) / 72h (routine).
