• Key responsibilities may include contributing to strategic planning, promoting community engagement, and supporting resource mobilization.

• Educational background: Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Public Relations, Marketing, Fundraising, or related field.
• Professional experience: Minimum three years of successful experience in development and fundraising for recognized public institutions.
• Sector knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of community engagement, donor stewardship, and institutional relevance in the TVET sector.

• Bidders must be registered and in good standing with SARS.
• B-BBEE requirements apply as per the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act.
• No awards to persons in the service of the state, or where directors/shareholders are in the service of the state.
• No awards to advisors or consultants contracted with the municipality.
• Additional eligibility: South African citizen or company incorporated under South African law; must have donated significant assets to the institution/sector; must not be under investigation for financial misconduct; must not be under administration, insolvency, or business rescue; must have no conflict of interest.
