Late submissions will be disqualified. Proof of deposit for the tender document fee (R1000.00, non-refundable) must be attached with the company name and SCM mandatory documents. Bids must comply with all instructions in the tender document, E-tender advert, and CIDB Website. Non-compliance with any requirement or instruction will lead to disqualification. Bids remain valid for 90 days.

Include: - SBD1 (Invitation to Bid): Fully completed and signed. - SBD4 (Bidder’s Disclosure): Fully completed and signed. - SBD6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form): Fully completed with evidence for points claimed. - SBD3.3 (Pricing Schedule): Fully completed (2nd envelope). - Company registration: CM1, CK1, CM9, CM22, CM29, CK2. - Company profile with organisational structure. - Certified copies of identity documents for shareholders/members (certified within last 6 months). - Proof of attendance at compulsory briefing session (signed register). • Binding: Documents must be bound/secured (e.g., lever arch file). GGDA takes no responsibility for lost loose documents. • Disqualification risks: Missing compulsory documents, uncured corrections (no correction fluid), uncertified/expired documents, late submission, or failure to attend compulsory briefing. • Amendments: Submit with original bid in an envelope marked 'Amendment to bid' before closing date/time. • Language: All documents must be in English. • Costs: Bidder bears all costs for bid preparation and submission.
