Seal the original document in an envelope marked with the tender number, title, and bidder details. Deposit the envelope into Tender Box No. 1 at the Municipal Head Office, 6 Plein Street, Caledon, 7230. Late, electronic, or faxed submissions will not be accepted.
Evaluation Criteria

Evaluation occurs in two stages: 1) Functionality (minimum threshold of 75/100 points required to proceed); 2) Price and B-BBEE status level. Functionality is scored based on previous experience in supply/installation (40 points) and maintenance (60 points) of digital photocopiers. Bidders must provide client satisfaction letters for all claimed experience.

New units must meet minimum specifications including: 36 copies/min (B&W), A5 to A3 size, 45,000 monthly capacity, duplex document feeder, duplex print unit, 3 paper trays (1100 sheet capacity), electronic sorting, network scan to folder/email, 2GB RAM, and 250GB hard drive. Bidders must submit an annexure detailing the brand, model, and specifications of proposed machines.
Financial Requirements
