Bidders must submit a completed pricing schedule as part of the RFQ document. Pricing must cover all obligations; errors in pricing or calculations are the bidder's risk. Payment terms and bid validity period: 90 days from the RFQ closing date. Local suppliers within 200 km of Tsitsikamma National Park may qualify for 20 preference points under specific goals. Proof required: municipal rates bill (not older than 3 months) in the bidderβs name, or a letter from the local municipality confirming the business address, or a signed lease agreement with proof of latest rental payment (not older than 3 months). South African National Parks (SANParks) is a public entity functioning under National Environmental Management: Protected

defined protected areas and their biological diversity (Biodiversity). As a public entity, SANParks is also governed by the Public
Finance Management Act, Act (as amended by Act ), and it is listed as Schedule 3 Part A: public entity.
The primary mandate of SANParks is to expand, protect, conserve, and control the system of national parks, terrestrial and

protected biodiversity through a system of 21 National Parks and 10 Marine Protected Areas: (MPAs), representing approximately
