The tender follows an 80/20 preference point system. Evaluation includes a functionality threshold: bidders must score at least 60% on reference letters to proceed. Points for functionality are awarded based on the number of signed reference letters provided (1 letter = 60 points, 2 letters = 80 points, 3 letters = 100 points). Reference letters must be on client letterhead, indicate contract duration, and be signed by the client.

Removal of existing carpets and installation of 30m2 of Belgotex 'Rustic Grain' (or equivalent) 4m wide heavy commercial broadloom (8.4mm thickness, 'Glorious Wilds' colour). Includes installation of 28m of untreated 19x19x3000mm SAP quadrant timber and painting of skirting with two coats of meranti varnish.

Pricing must be submitted using the provided pricing schedule. No alternative offers or options will be accepted. Payment terms are within 30 days of receipt of invoice post-delivery.

Mandatory requirements for eligibility: 1) CIDB grading of 1GB or higher (proof required), 2) Valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing, 3) Completed Compulsory Enterprise Questionnaire, 4) Registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) (proof required), 5) Valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN.
