Submit a sealed envelope with the tender document (completed and signed), supporting documents, and the endorsement 'TENDER NO. 250S/2025/26: PROVISION OF TRAINING FOR ADDITIONAL SKILLS REQUIRED IN AN ELECTRICAL ENVIRONMENT' to Tender Box 203 at the Tender & Quotation Boxes Office, 2nd Floor (Concourse Level), Civic Centre, 12 Hertzog Boulevard, Cape Town, by 15 July 2026 at 10:00 am. If the box is full or the submission is too large, enquire at the public counter for alternative instructions. Electronic submissions (email/fax) are not accepted. Required returnable documents include: Schedule F.5 (Declaration of Interest – State Employees), Schedule F.7 (Declaration of Tenderer’s Past SCM Practices), Schedule F.10 (Proposed Deviations/Qualifications), and all other schedules listed in Annexure F. Failure to submit all required documents may result in disqualification. Tender fee: R200 (non-refundable for hard copies; not applicable for website downloads).
1. Must submit a clear, irrevocable offer. 2. Must comply with all CCT SCM Policy requirements (completed schedules, declarations, tax compliance, no conflicts of interest). 3. For items 6,7,8,19,20,23,24,25,27,28: Must have current QCTO accreditation for specified qualifications/skills programmes (proof required). 4. Must have SETA-accredited assessors for specified training (proof required). 5. Must achieve minimum functionality score of 70/100 for specified items (based on facilitator experience, company experience, and interpretation of brief). 6. Tax compliance with SARS (or foreign supplier exemption). 7. No restrictions for SCM policy abuse, competition act violations, or other listed grounds.
Provide training for additional skills in an electrical environment. Contract period: 36 months from commencement. Tenderers must: (1) Be QCTO-accredited for specified occupational qualifications/skills programmes (items 6,7,8,19,20,23,24,25,27,28) with valid accreditation for the entire contract period; (2) Submit proof of SETA-accredited assessors for the training interventions; (3) Submit training manuals/materials covering the required outcomes (Schedule 13C) for evaluation. Service providers must align course content with the outcomes listed in the tender. Joint ventures must specify work allocation per party.
