Scope of work includes:

1. Conduct a thorough roof inspection to locate all leakage sources.

2. Identify damaged, cracked or deteriorated roofing materials.

3. Inspect flashing, joints, gutters and drainage systems for defects.

4. Mark and document each leakage point.

5. Clean affected areas to ensure proper adhesion of repair materials.

6. Apply appropriate sealants, waterproofing compounds or replacement materials and reinforce repaired sections.

7. Perform controlled water‑flow testing to confirm effectiveness of repairs.

8. Deliver a final inspection report with recommendations for long‑term maintenance.
