Required documents: completed and signed Tender Form (Annexure A), signed and initialled Standard Terms and Conditions of Tendering. Tenderers must conduct their own due diligence regarding the property's condition, quality, and legal status. No post-bid inquiries on these matters will be entertained.

Payment of 10% of the purchase price is due within 7 business days of signing the deed of sale. A bank guarantee for the balance must be provided within 14 days of request.
