Work includes: Stakeholder engagement (ARC internal teams), policy review/advisory, situational analysis (risk/BIA across all campuses), BCP development (crisis response, roles, communication, recovery), alignment with ARC Risk Management Framework/ICT DR Plans/Health & Safety, desktop simulation, capacity building. Duration: 12 weeks from appointment. Critical campuses: Onderstepoort (Pretoria), Tropical & Subtropical Crops (Nelspruit), Animal Production (Pretoria), Biotechnology Platform (Pretoria), Grain Crops (Potchefstroom), Infruitec-Nietvoorbij (Stellenbosch), Plant Health & Protection (Pretoria), Small Grain (Bethlehem), VIMP (Roodeplaat), Natural Resources & Engineering. Minimum requirements: 5+ years BCM experience, ISO 22301/31000 certifications, proof of capacity for national delivery.

Pricing must be in ZAR, inclusive of VAT and all taxes (VAT, PAYE, income tax, UIF, SDL). Provide ceiling price for entire project (12 weeks), including escalations. Breakdown required: Cost per phase, man-days, hourly/daily rates for personnel, travel expenses (actual costs only, proof required), other expenses (e.g., accommodation). Prices must remain firm for contract duration. Discounts (if any) must be specified. Subcontracting costs must be detailed if applicable. Payment: Upon submission of invoices for satisfactory work. Non-compliance with pricing schedule may disqualify bid.

Administrative: Valid SARS Tax PIN, current Central Supplier Database (CSD) report, completed/signed SBD forms. Compulsory: Proof of affiliation with IRMSA, BCI Southern Africa, or DMISA. Tax Clearance Certificate (original, valid for 1 year) required; certified copies not accepted.
